WJEVO Terms & Conditions for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wjevo.pro and creating a player account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all use of the WJEVO platform including browsing, registering, depositing, playing games, and withdrawing funds.

WJEVO reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the platform or their registered contact. 2. Eligibility and Registration

3. KYC Verification

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email. WJEVO will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

• Do not share your password, OTP, or account access with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify WJEVO immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered contact details current so that security notifications and OTPs reach you reliably.

WJEVO uses SSL encryption across all platform connections. Sensitive account actions such as deposits, withdrawals, and password changes require OTP confirmation sent to your verified contact.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on WJEVO are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There is no internal currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process.

6. Gameplay and Wagering

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection or server error — the affected round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the WJEVO system. If a round cannot be settled fairly due to a system error, the wager amount will be returned to the player's wallet.

WJEVO may offer bonuses, promotions, or cashback arrangements to registered players from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including eligibility conditions, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, and validity periods.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

WJEVO reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• Request by the player to close their own account.

In cases of account closure due to player request or standard account management, any verified balance remaining in the PHP wallet will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment channel, after deduction of any applicable pending wagering requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of terms may be withheld pending investigation.

11. Privacy and Data

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WJEVO's liability to any player is limited to the verified balance held in that player's PHP wallet at the time of the relevant claim. WJEVO is not liable for:

• Losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to protect their credentials.
• Interruptions to platform access caused by maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by the player based on their own assessment of game or betting outcomes.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits WJEVO's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the WJEVO platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with WJEVO support shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
